In addition to our unique approach of utilizing real world in-house .NET / Azure / AI & ML expertise (which allows TechTalent to effectively pre-screen and effectively size up a candidate’s true technical abilities), the founder is originally from the software space where he performed as a technical consultant and technical hiring manager prior to transitioning to tech search 25+  years ago.
